Shipping & Returns

Send
We strive to ship orders placed before 12:00 the same day. Orders have a delivery time of 2-4 business days. For deliveries we depend on our shipping party. After your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace code with which you can track your package.

Postage costs
Netherlands: Orders above €50 are shipped for free. Below €50, shipping costs for the Netherlands are €6.95. You can also choose to have your order delivered to a DHL service point.

Belgium: Orders above €100 are shipped for free. Below €100, shipping costs for Belgium are €9.95.

Returns
Within 14 days after delivery of our products, without penalty and without giving reasons, the selected goods may be returned. As soon as we have received the products back, we will transfer the return amount to you. Costs for returning are for the buyer.

If you want to exchange products, you must return the product and order again.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). This can be done at the following e-mail address: info@muni-baby.nl

How can I return an item?

1. Register your return, which products you want to return to us via info@muni-baby.nl. (This is not mandatory)

2. Pack the item(s) in sturdy packaging (preferably the original packaging, but this is not necessary).

3. Please state our returns address on the packaging: Muni Baby, Titus Brandsmastraat 36, 4703HG Roosendaal.

4. Take the parcel to a parcel point of your choice and indicate that you want to send it.

Sidenote: We recommend sending the package with Track&Trace, so you can track if the package is lost. Muni Baby is not responsible for lost, damaged or wrongly delivered packages. The risk lies with the buyer.

5. After receipt of the return by us, the paid amount of the returned items will be returned in the manner in which it was paid, after inspection.
Did you pay with Klarna? Then the refund will be visible on your account.

Terms and Conditions
We only accept the products under the right of return if the packaging and the product are returned to us in original, complete, undamaged and unused conditions. All accompanying documentation, samples, packaging materials etc. must be sent along in the return shipment.

Muni Baby is never liable for any damage, theft or loss of the product or packaging during return shipment. The costs of returning the products are for the buyer. The risk and the burden of proof for the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal lies with the buyer.
