Shipping & Returns

Send
Orders have a delivery time of 2-4 working days. We are dependent on our shipping party for deliveries. After your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a Track&Trace code with which you can track your package.

Postage costs
Netherlands: We ship orders over €70 for free. Below €70, the shipping costs for the Netherlands are €5.95.

Belgium: We ship orders over €100 for free. Below €100, the shipping costs for Belgium are €9.95.

Returns
The selected goods may be returned within 14 days after delivery of our products, without penalty and without giving reasons. As soon as we have received the products back, we will transfer the return amount to you. Return costs are for the buyer.

If you want to exchange products, you must return the product and reorder it.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing by post or e-mail). This can be done at the following email address: info@muni-baby.nl

How can I return?

1. Register your return and which products you want to return to us via info@muni-baby.nl. (This is not mandatory)

2. Pack the item(s) in sturdy packaging (preferably the original packaging, but this is not necessary).

3. State our return address on the packaging: Muni Baby, Titus Brandsmastraat 36, 4703HG Roosendaal.

4. Take the package to a parcel point of your choice and indicate that you want to send it.

Sidenote: We recommend sending the package with Track & Trace, so that you can find out if the package is lost. Muni Baby is not responsible for lost, damaged or misdelivered packages. The risk lies with the buyer.

5. After receipt of the return by us, the paid amount of the returned items will be returned after inspection in the manner in which payment was made.
Did you pay with Klarna? The refund will then become visible on your account.

Conditions
We only accept the products under the right of return if the packaging and the product are returned to us in original, complete, undamaged and unused conditions. All documentation, samples, packaging materials, etc. must be included in the return shipment.

Muni Baby is never liable for any damage, theft or loss of the product or packaging during return shipment. The costs of returning the products are for the buyer. The risk and burden of proof for the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal lies with the buyer.
